Hello!

I'm Saito, the representative of Studio Maru.

Actually, we are currently preparing to move our studio in April.

We will be relocating our studio, which was previously located in Yachiyodai, to a new location just 15 minutes on foot from Mimomi Station on the Keisei Line! 🏠

There are many advantages and disadvantages to relocating. I've listed them below!

[Benefits🙆‍♀️]

・You can also take videos (it was difficult at Yachiyodai because of the train noise.)

・You can also enjoy karaoke and darts (to be used in conjunction with the party room)

・Easy to bring in as it is on the first floor (Yachiyodai is on the second floor and has steep stairs, so it was difficult to bring in.)

- Easy to get to by car (it's a little closer to the highway interchange, and the road to the studio is wide)

And more.

[Disadvantages🙅‍♀️]

・It's now farther from the station (2 minutes walk → 15 minutes walk)

I guess that's about it.

When you think about it this way, it seems like there are more benefits.

There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, so I think it's probably the same as when I was in Yachiyodai.

We are currently not accepting rental studio applications, so we will let you know as soon as the studio is nearing completion. Thank you for your understanding.
